Called my Denver CO landline. No Message left on VM.

Got a call from this number yesterday (7/14/2017) at around 8 PM.  Caller ID was "Out of area 1-720-259-1381".   As with all "Out of area" calls I let it roll thru to voice mail.  Whoever it was didn't bother to leave any message.  One strike and you're out.  Added this number to my phone's Call Block List.
