Just got a call from them last night. I called the number back today and a lady answered after two rings and said, "Thank you for calling Comcast. How can I help you?" It makes me wonder why, if this is really Comcast, I'm getting through without navigating an obnoxiously complex automated phone menu and at least a five-minute hold time.
In all likelihood, if it is Comcast, then it's an outsourced telemarketing vendor who has associated a phone number to a Comcast telemarketing campaign. Obnoxious, either way.
