DCI called me this morning from 1(800) 771-5361, left no message. Specializing in telecom debt. Bad reputation, questionable collection practices most likely fraudulent actions. Based out of Florida, utilizing offices around the country, this company likes to play fast and loose Tim called out on their actions, then plays fair to keep their state licenses.
