Thank you I thought so sounds like they are using public records to scam people!

This is a scam. They have looked up public criminal records and are looking for cc numbers. If legal actions are not delivered by local law enforcement its not real. Just a scare tactic to get your identity info.

I just received a call from this number as well.  They asked if I would sign legal documents for Marion Scott.  Once I told them I didn't know a Marion Scott and that she had contacted a business cell phone, she said okay and abruptly hung up.  We have no outstanding debt and no reason for her to call.  After reading these like comments, I attempted to call the number back as well and was unsuccessful.  The message said it was the National Locator Service and that all agents were busy at this time then hung up.  Thanks to everyone that has posted.

they called a few minutes ago, called my mom in another state a few days ago, looking for an old girlfriend of mine and said she has a legal warrent for her if she does not call this number within 2 hours ,855-680-8559 has anyone else experienced this same instance?how can these people be stopped ,is the goverment doing anything about this scam?

SCAM....So sick of these phone calls.  I called them back and told them to stop calling me because I knew it was a scam, and they just hung up.  What satisfaction do they get or how much money could these scumbags possibly make from this?
