It's "Card Services" with their usual criminal activity, a credit card scam, from a spoofed number that is actually a dial up access internet service provider number that calls are only supposed to go IN on.   HEY  800notes! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A CATAGORY BELOW FOR "SPOOFED" OR "CRIMINALS"  ?

Has called my house the last two mornings at 7:15-7:20 AM,no one on line,first call I heard "Goodbye" after I said hello twice-second time I am sure they heard something they did not like.Reported to national Do Not Call.

Called at 7:30 in morning. Said it was a tractor supply company. Caller I'd said out of area. I told the lady we had no use for tractor supply. She hung up. I tried to call the number back, but got a sound like it was a fax machine.
