Jessica Lopez left a message stating they were an office of investigations of financial crimes.  Contacting me regarding an aggravated complaint against me.  Need to document both sides of the story before the case is issued for prosecution procedures.  If they do not have a response from me or my legal representation in a timely fashion the case will documented for non-compliance and forwarded for prosecution procedures.

Jessica Lopez called my moms house .. They used my married name from 7 years ago .. Said she was calling from office of investigations fraud department .. When I returned the call someone named Maria Reyna answered said she is the director there .. She Said I owe for a payday check from 2010 and if I don't pay they send it to stayed attorney office to get a warrant for me ..
They have all my info correct..
Even the bank info I had back then?
Is this real?
I can't find this office anywhere online?

The "director" just admitted to me that they are breaking the law with the threats of arrest and license suspension, she then hung up on me. After she states the threats, let them know your recording the call and what they are saying is illegal, it shook her all up!! Haha

They are scammers, I actually got them to admit it on the phone!

I received a voicemail from a Jessica Lopez, stating (actually she was yelling) that she was with the Office of Investigations for Financial Crimes. She said that I needed to call her back ASAP and reference a specific Case Number so they can obtain information from me before my case goes through prosecution procedures.

I have no clue what this would even be about! And, from reading the other comments, I gathered that they are scammers and I don't actually have to call them back....right?
