getting harrassing calls, hang up etc on a daily basis. No answer when you call back the number

"Michael" called my house today and left me a message saying that he has important legal papers he must deliver and will come to my residence. The thing is ... the person he said they were for I have never heard of, and I have had my number for 20 plus years.
SCAM!
