"Alex Bishop" left a message saying their working on a case involving my name and social security number.  A legal document has been sent to my home requiring immediate attention but they haven't heard from me.  I need to call them immediately or legal action will be taken.

This number just called and said that I supposedly got a payday loan and that if  I dud not pay two hundred dollars that I would face further legal action. Good luck on that one scammers.

Someone named Alex bishop has been calling me for days saying my name and ss# has been involved in a legal case and docs had been sent to me but never responded too, today I got a call for a woman who did not leave her name but said she was from an affidavit dept and that I needed to call them to stop further action. Scam!! They want money for a loan I never had and won't send me any docs to prove its validity because they say they already did.

They are liars.  IF a summons was actually coming, you would not be warned.  They say they sent validation??  Nope!!  That would leave a paper trail that could lead authorities to their scamming location.  Consider blocking (or ignoring) their calls.
