They called my husband and pretended to be a guard from a Colorado Correction Facility saying there was an inmate there that wanted to talk to him. Of course my husband said I don't know anyone in Colorado so it can't be for me. The guy on the phone said oh I must've dialed wrong.

Total Debt Collector, Professional Bureau of Collections Maryland. Their lack of tact is impressive, but their annoying sense of urgency is worse. Send them a cease communication letter and only allow communication via snail mail. They will go to the extreme with calls. Family, Friends, Ex Spouse, Work.

A guy calls from "PBC" asking for my mom; he thought he had reached her cell phone number. I proceeded to tell my mom there was someone on the phone who wanted to talk to her. Nonetheless, she refused to answer because she knew this call was irrelevant to her. I passed on her message to him and all of the sudden he started laughing in an arrogant manner as he said "This is not a sales call; I'm calling from PBC for a business proposal. Please, pass on the phone to your mom." I tried my best to be nice and avoid being disrespectful to this person. However, I had to say "have a good night" and hang up the phone (since he was insisting to speak with my mom regardless of her refusal). They've called my home in two occasions. I hope this never EVER gets to happen again.

This person called my minors phone did not get to it in time i called back did not give them the number i called or my name they immediatly put me through to the perosn that called which was strange because i did not call from the same number they knew who theu were looking for i told themnit has been a minor under the age of 16 phone for three years they told me it would come off their call list. Hung up immediatly wrang to a blocked call i answered it im not stupid they asked for tgat person again i went off!!! Not a real agency i dont think.
