.. is Credit One Bank for  payment.  Apparently if you miss the call from their 800 number, they try to get sneaky.   We are a long time customer in good standing, We just missed the last payment when we couldn't access our own account.  They sent  letter saying they suspected but wasn'rt stating possible fraud.  Thery closed the account and opened a new.  But haven't allowed us to see the activity.....
