They call periodically and identify as "Cardholder services" Then ask me to press 9 to speak to someone. Was on hold for appx 1 minute, then a man answered and asked if I pressed 9 to lower my rate. When I said " I pressed 9 to speak to a live person to inquire about how to get them to stop calling me" I got as far as the word "person" and he hung up on me.

I never answer calls from "Unknown Name" callers.
