This is a scammer trying to sell solar for your home.  When I asked "Dennis" whether he had ever heard of the DNC list, he went silent.  If they break one law, you can only trust them to break them all -- stealing your money and not providing a product or service.

My asking about the DNC list doesn't stop them from calling every single day at least once.  Predators!
