In the last 8 days this number ending 8121 has called my home line 4 times, other variations of 719-423 also called 9 x's ending in 8760, 8828, 8882, 8393 - it seems every few days the number calling changes the last 4 of the phone number but pattern is similar of frequency of calls each week and changing last 4.  I never answer numbers I don't recognize, and my landline # has not been given out to any family, friends or customers so these calls coming on my landline are either solicitors, marketing, phishing, or bill collectors for the person who previously owned my landline number.  My guess, scams, spams, solicitor.
