Received call but let go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message

same as above.  saying I won something then i hung up.  I've blocked so many of these numbers but they keep calling til one gets thru.  do they really think that if they call from another number i'll be an idiot and accept

I am receiving calls from 719-299-3813 and there is no way to contact this caller. Myl phone is on the do not call list.
