No idea who this is or why they keep calling from "Out of Area". We DO NOT, under ANY circumstances answer ANY calls that we do not know. That is what an answering machine is for, for legitimate callers to leave legitimate messages. This number does not do so, so apparently must not be legitimate in our opinion.
