Voicemail from this number said this was my final call to avert an IRS investigation.  Caller now blocked.

"Hello this call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 719-216-8060. I repeat 719-216-8060. Thank you."  DO NOT REPLY TO THIS.  IT IS A SCAM!

Different phone number but left same message as several other folks have reported. "Hello this call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 719-217-4490.Thank you." What you must know is that the IRS will never contact you by phone, ONLY by mail. Do not fall for this scam!

I got this same call yesterday this is not the first time either. The first time I was told I cad to come up with 5000$ imideitlly or got to jail as well as I wasn't allowed to say anything to anyone.
