I got the call just now and no one was there.

Got the call, no message just disconnects when trying to call it back

I just got the call and let it got to voicemail. The message was 5 seconds but they didn't say anything and I could hear background noise. I called it back and heard a message thinking me for calling blackhills energy and that they had an exciting offer to share. I hung up.

I got a call and no message. Most likely a scammer. There was one I encountered a few years back where I would get a call and when you called it back it was Charter cable. Obviously if Black Hills Energy was calling you for a reason they would leave a message.

I just got the call now and waited for a voice mail since I don't pick up phone calls from unknown numbers but nothing was left, it must to be another scam number so be careful you guys and don't pick up if you see this number calling your cell.
