Do you happen to know who this number belongs to? They just started calling me in the last few days and it happens 2-3 times a day. Then tonight they "paged" me on my cell phone. My guess is a bill collector if some type.

Called my government phone.  Unlikely a bill collector.  Was in a meeting and could not answer.

I just called them back; they started calling me yesterday, same thing, several times a day, never leaving a message.

They got my info from an online survey I filled out about my college experience; she said they are like a placement service for colleges. If you're looking to go back to school, you tell them the field you want to study and they match you with schools. Fee or not, I don't know. I would presume fee. She was nice enough and put me on their 'do not call' list.

Annoying way to get people's attention though.

They keep on calling and calling like the don't got a life or something to do just bug people....pls stop calling
