unknown number

got a call from the same number? any idea what company this could be?

Got a message today , and very few people have my # at work in California.
I did follow up , and got a woman that stated they were following up about a BA program in Substance Abuse.

I have gotten 2 calls, one from 718-989-9361. I did not answer because i do not answer numbers I do not know. I got that call at 9:18 AM on a sunday. and then I got a call from this number 718-989-9630 at 8:59 that afternoon. Im finding it a little creepy especially since they are calling my cell phone

I got call from this number on my cell today around 1:30pm. It's very weird call. The guy talked about Art design courses, but I did not do that at all.The guy knew my really full name, my address and my email address. How did he get all those information? I am wondering is kind of tricky thing.
