called at 8:30 pm & left no message

I got two calls from this number and noone speaks when I answer

They called last night - seemed to know who we were - asked for us by name - then hung up.  Called again a few minutes ago w/o speaking so I hung up!

They just called a moment ago. Mentioned themselves by name and immediately told me "we are going to put you down for $18, ok?" (or was it $80?). I said, "no, who are you charging me money, and hanged up". I don't mind giving to charity, but I never do it by phone without veryfying organization and all.
