It was a robo-call asking for my 16-digit credit card number, without saying which one.

Robo-call saying my Visa debit card was suspended due to suspicious activity or something like that. Wanted me to enter my 16 digit card number. I put in 16 random digits - seems it at least does some kind of validation. Rejected my fake number. No institution named.
