Foreign sounding fellow who wants to save me 20% on my electric supply.  I had to bug him for his employer's name, but got IDT Energy.  I told him that 20% of $36 is only $7.00.  I also told him that I was on the DNC list.  He said he would make sure I don't get this call again.  Yeah - right.
