I received a call from this number which is for a telemarketer that works with several warehouses and/pharmacies (at least, this is what I assume from what they told me). The caller stated that they were offering phentermine as 37.5 mg white pills with blue specks from Roche Laboratories for $350 for 90 pills. They said a package would be sent by UPS, and it should be paid for COD with a money order to "Shipit". If I wasn't fully satisfied with the order, I could return it for a full refund. Before placing the order, I said I wanted to look up information about Roche. They said they would call back. I looked up manufacturers of phentermine at the DEA and FDA websites. Roche was not listed as a manufacturer. When they called back, I informed them I couldn't find Roche listed at the FDA/DEA websites as a manufactures of phentermine. They (two salespersons and least two supervisors, including one named "Jonathan") again assured me that if I wasn't fully satisfied with the order, they (meaning the telemarketers) would send me a full refund. The package I received contained two bottle of pills, 60 pills in each bottle, labelled "Phen37.5" from Sunsui which stated on the bottles that it was a nutritional supplement. Literature that came with the pills said they did not have a DEA license to accept, store, or ship controlled substances (phentermine is a controlled substance). The literature also said that any package cannot be returned once the shipping package is opened, and if there was a problem, a refund would have to come from the retailer/telemarketer who created the order. I called back to the above number and asked for a refund. After taking my credit card number, they said they would give me a charge back to my credit card, and it would take 21 business days. I called back one month later after receiving no refund. They (including two supervisors, one of whom was "Jonathan") then stated they would not refund the money, and I would have to contact the shipper. I stated the shipper refused to accept returns, and the shipper stated that any refund would have to from the retailer/telemarketer. They again refused to send me a refund.
