This number called my cell. ID showed only "New York." Call went to voice mail. Caller disconnected. All the indicators of robodialing.

Picked up and spoke to an Indian man asking to give him donations for the Obama care !!

My friend who is working for a telephone company traced the call and the number is registered to a calling card with a Staten Island prefix and number. Most likely purchased in the States but the call originated from India.
