Asked my office hours...it was very loud in the background and phone sounded scratchy! When I asked who was calling they hung up immediately?? Very weird

Would not tell me the name of the company calling, very hard to jhear, hung up when i asked name of company. They wanted our new address. Strange accent.

Asks our business hours. When I ask who's calling he replied that he needs to come and have a look on product. After I said visit by appointment then he hang up.

Over an extremely loud background noise, she asked me "what are you office hours?" since I couldn't really hear her I said "Sorry" to which she responded in a loud irritated voice "OFFICE HOURS" to which I gave "8:00 to 4:30" then she hung up.
Must be one of those online directory SCAMS. Good thing I know I never said the word Yes during the quick coversation.
