They're actually from some school or something.
I requested info for colleges and thats who it is. They finally answered my call -.-

I get calls from this number. I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number. I was tempted to answer, as I lived in New York for 24 years & thought it might be family or friends. But, my theory is, "If it's that important, leave me a message." They don't.
