Received call from 718-873-9062 saying they are Department of the Treasury Pershing legal action if I don't call immediately.

Just received a similar call and message left on my answering machine saying Shaun Williams from the US Treasury dept of Legal Affairs was pursuing Legal Action against me personally and to call 718-873-9062 immediately. When I called and starting asking them questions they immediately hung up on me???

I just retrieved my messages and too was told by Shaun Williams that legal action was being taken against me. To call (718)873-9062 but the line is busy I'm really curious because he also stated in the message that I would be arrested. The only thing I could be arrested for is being broke LOL.
