I have been getting threatening calls from this phone number also. They keep calling my work, so my bf called them and they were very rude to him, and even said [***] your gf. I don't know what to do about this. I never got a pay day loan that I didn't pay back in full. Can anybody help? Should I call the attorney general? The are code 718 is from Brooklyn NY

These Indian folks keep harassing me with some bogus claims. I want them to stop calling my work.

I've been recieving these calls everyday from different numbers. Of coarse they are all scams for these reasons: 1. They all have strong accents! Therefore there's no way there name could be Eric Smith, or James Williams  2. Its a VERY unprofessional business, if you call the number back the say "HELLO" instead of answering like a normal professional business would (with the name of the place your calliing and the person's name answering the phone).  3. They get VERY offensive when you start to question them. PLEASE dont fall for this scam!!! I was worried at first, but after doing some research I've come to find out none of their business info is real. I asked the guy what their physical address was and he gave it to me after studdering a thousand times. When he finished i said "ok, thank you but may i also have the zip code" then i started hearing papers shuffling... he comes back and says "ummm 72209". Now this was a major red flag! He gave me an address in California, and i know from working with accounts in for only Cali residents that all Cali zip codes start with a 9 not 7. So i said to him "are you sure thats right becuase all California zip codes start with a 9?" his response was "really? They do?" and of coarse he hung up on me at that point. SMH!!!

I keep getting the same thing. I think I will tell them first to at least learn how to sound American before they say their name is Steve Mathews or John Smith etc. or maybe I will do like Sienfield and ask for his home phone so I can call him at home.

I just got this call today and i always get this call. it's annoying. i think they are debt collectors...they said something about internet issue about me or fraudulent internet activity....at one time similar calls did this and the said the last four digits of social...and i talked to a police and they said it is scam and why someone would do that without purpose. and the number said they will hold me in court near my area but i do not live at area 718 area code...or get a police to pick me up. I think they have various numbers. I got a caller id of unknown, or 0000 and that number.
