I wanted to share something that happened to me this week with all my close friends and family. A man by the name of Roy Cambell called me on Monday and left a message on my cell phone stating that I needed to call him ASAP or he wasn't sure what was going to happen to me. I called him back on Tuesday and nothing, no answer. He then called me again while I was at work on Wednesday and on Thursday I finally called him again from work. When he answered the phone it was very hard to understand him. He had a very strong accent and it sounded like he was on a cell phone. He then stated my social security number along with the names of my mom and two friends, so I thought this had to be for real! He then started to ask me questions which I refused to answer until I knew what was going on and he then told me that I had committed internet banking fraud and that I was to be in court on Wednesday. I then asked that if I was suppose to go to court why didn't I get anything in the mail? He answered me really nasty and said that my paperwork was still being processed and they didn't send out notices! I at this point was worried because I knew I had not done anything wrong and this all sounded very fishy. But I was still upset because he has my social security number. I told him that I would have to contact my lawyer and that I would get back to him. He started getting upset with me and told me that I should not involve my lawyer because he would not be able to to do anything for me, and that if I didn't pay him $1,090.00 by today I would be arrested and sent to jail for 2 years! Once we hung up I went back into work and goggled the phone number that he had given me to call him back. Well you wouldn't believe what I found...... a website of all the people he has been trying to scam out of money! I immediately called my lawyer and then the police. They had told me that even though there is nothing they can do I must report it to the BBB AND FCC. I am also contacting the District Attorney as well as the FBI and Social Security Administration.
My husband contacted him on Friday and the man said horrible things to my husband like he was coming over to rape him and do other bodily harm to him. My husband contacted the police again and once more they still could not do anything!
Please if you ever receive a call from someone saying you owe money, it's a scam! First of all they won't contact you telling you that your going to jail, that's illegal! Below is the information of two people who are scam artists and have yet to be caught. Unfortunately I fell for it last November by a man name investigator Rich Franklin and was out of $400.00! I am assuming these people have gotten my info from the internet where I do all my online banking and payments.

-718-831-7157 or 607-428-0037 (he blocks his number when he calls)
-He claims he is calling from United Legal Investigation Bureau
-The website of others he has scammed http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-718-831-7157
Another scam artist:
-Rich Franklin (he sounds very professional and has many people working with him)
