THey said they were a Federal Agent calling on behalf of US customs and the US government... they asked me to pay a fine to avoid court and serving time...

(718) 819-1071 SCAM...  Coincidently my credit card information was stolen over the past weekend Jan 2009 and I just received a call from this same telephone number.  The [***] said he is agent Roger Almonte Badge # 3397 from the FDA and he wants me to pay some money or go to jail becase supposedly, the FDA intercepted a package full of drugs from the Dominican Republic.  I immediately knew this was BS and told him to send me an e-mail because I could not understand his broken English.  I asked to speak with someone in his office who spoke English and the "Frickin Con" hung up the phone on me.

said my sister claire ordered a bunch of drugs from dominican republic and she had to pay 2500 immediately  or she would go to jail and be sent to Domininican republic for something or other. i told her this is total BS but she is totally freaked
