THE PERSON WAS ACCUSING ME OF HIDIND THIS JOANA AND THREATENING ME WITH CALLING IMMIGRATION ???. I TRY TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK THERE IS NO ANSWER

pues esta persona llamo a mi madre diciendo ke devia 10,000 dolares de unos cosmeticos cuando en realidad mi mama no ah comprado nada de cosmeticos y muchos menos ah invertido dinero por lo tanto que esta mujer alterada se exalta y dice ke iva echar a  immigracion y mas ke nada ke supuestamente  una compania americana es la ke demandaba por favor agan algo de esto no puede estar pasando y la gente no debe caer en esta falsedad de estafas

Person called and said that we owed money, and we had a lawsuit against us.. They wanted money.. Fraud

I got a phone call from a women who stated she was an attorney and she gave her name as Elizabeth Rodriguez from New York City.  She told me that I had a law suit for the amount of 10,000 dollars for products that I had not paid for.  I told her that I had not purchased any products especially from New York.   She stated that she worked for an office of creditors, I asked her for the name of her company she never gave me an answer. I also asked her who had filed the law suit, she told me that she could not give out that information, that it was private.  When I got upset with her she stated that she was going to send an immigration officer to my home.  I hang up on her.  She continued to call me but I did not answer the phone.
Is there anything we can do about this problem.  As I read the other posts it seems that she is harassing mostly Hispanic individual and threatening them immigration issues.
