Got a call from this number, no message. If calling back, is it a pay number?

I have received two phone calls from this number...both times never left a message. The number belongs to a DTC Capital LLC in Staten Island. Don't understand why these phone calls are coming through, hopefully not a scam.

keep calling asking for our traveling sales people...won't leave message...quite annoying!

They call for our attorneys in Houston repeatedly.  They are Vestige Management and DTC Capital out of Staten Island, NY.  Security Brokers.  Harassment at its finest!  Obviously a call center as there is conversation in the background and beeping noises.

Sounded like "vespis" or "vestis" management.  Wanted to know if I invest in stocks.  Blocked now, thanks google voice!
