Bogus IRS lawsuit call, send no money, give no info, it's a scam

Caller ID said, Cell Phone  NY.
Robot voice left this message:
"...service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 718-755-6571.  I repeat, 718-755-6571.  Thank you."

The IRS doesn't call; it mails you a bill.
