The same stupid Indian man keeps calling my cell and work number. His freaken name Thomas Williams (yeah right!). What can be done to stop this idiot.?

me too!! I just sent a complaint to the FTC because whoever this is is calling my wife's cellphone and my job!! This has got to stop!!
