I just got this call, and same exact thing. The guy was completely foreign. Tried to pretend like I had "legal action against me". What an idiot, I do legal work, he called the wrong person! LOL.

Said they were from Dept of Legal Affairs. And there was legal action being taken against me. Used my nickname not my full legal name. Accent was so thick I could hardly understand them!!

reached my vm, left message that he was with Dept of Legal Affairs. Very important that I call him back. If I didn't I should refer to my local lawyer, Very heavy accent, had to listen to message 4 times to, at last, understand what he was saying..Gave name as John Edwards.
