Some guy called me identifying himself as SGT William Martez, FDA, HQ NYC.  i know that FDA does not have anyone with the rank of sargent.  These guys aren't very smart. He told me that I needed to pay a $1500 fine for importation of illegal drugs, and needed my credit card number.  I asked him how he made the rank of sargent and how was the weather in Santo Domingo? He hugh up.
