Bill Collector, called me looking for my stepdaughters father. Mean , rude, and dumb as a bag of rocks

This "mediator" as they called themselves claims my husband owes a debt to Sprint from 1995!
Tried saying they sent certified letter and also claiming they can garner wages and property.

Wage garnishment can only happen with a court order - not because a debt collector says so.
