A man called my home on Feb 10 @ 6:40 p.m. indicating that I had won a Florida cruise for 2!  He asked for my credit card pin number and I said I did not have it. He then asked if my husband was home. I said no.  He asked when he would be home I said tomorrow.  He said he would call back tomorrow around 8:00 p.m. I ask where he got my name and he said the "Taboo Show". I ask what company he was from and he said a Florida Cruise Company.  There is no way I would give this info to a stranger.  I doubt he’ll call back if he does I will post again.  I then called *69 on my phone to retrieve the phone number and got 1-218-713-3412.  Tried calling it back but it was always busy. “Interesting!”

called the house three times in as many days, but won't talk to my wife, just hangs up on her.  Only wants to talk to me, seems very strange, as they also got a hold of my cell number...  and i have no business dealings in the states

Got a call at supper time from a lady called Carol.  She said my wife had won a cruise for two to the Bahamas worth over $2500 each.  She gave me a lot details about the cruise, etc and mentioned that a supervisor would talk to me and I would need to use a major credit card to pay a $ 299 fee each, up front.  Told her we were not interested.  She had already given us a phone number for their Customer Service.  I checked the number and it belonged to a Cruise Company.  I called that number later and found out that they had nothing to do with the Company Carol had told us she was with: Florida Bahamas Vacation.  Sounds like a real scam to me.

got the same call from the same woman-carol. she stated she got my number from a fair i attended. she said i signed up to win this vacation. i did not sign up for anything at this fair. i told her i wanted something in writing and she said i would get it after i talked with the manager. i told her i had to go.

Just got one too, went to a comic convention over weekend, same lady, Carol, same details, same scam. I hung up on her.
