New York Lincoln Group! Total scam. They came they have an office in 1 Liberty Plaza, but the administrators of the building  say they do not reside there.  They try and collect money from a bogus debt.  Will tell you that you have a court date and that if you don't pay they will levy your bank account.  They will call you all kinds of names and tell you your lucky that yo don't live in the 1800's because they would just hang you and set you on fire.  DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!!  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.  FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE IN YOUR STATE, BBB, FTC AND THE FBI FRAUD DIVISION.

Definitely a total scam, but I called a business in the same suite (2301) as they claim to be in and she directed me to the suite manager, Sarah. She confirmed that there is a "business" by the name New York Lincoln Group located in suite 2301. That is all she could give me though. I am speaking with my state Department of Justice and I spoke to the caseworker on this specific case there and she said she thinks it's still likely a scam group or at the very least a bottom feeder legit group, the kind known for breaking all the rules.

They also told me that they seem to have some sort of technology that allows them to mask their number, if you google New York Lincoln Group, Lincoln Group, Lincoln Associates you'll come up with tons of numbers but the same MO. Scumbags.
