This call comes from a number identified as mobile locksmith , when in fact it's that energy company scam

The caller id was for Mobile Locksmith. Man, heavy accent ....knew my name and address, told me I would be getting a credit after the meter reading. THEN he said "WHAT is your account #. I said, you have my baby book in front of you and you don't know my account number. I'm lucky I know my SS# ...hung up on this jerk. Then I blocked the number on my phone.

Calls from this number come at all hours of the day, a few times a week. Can never a straight answer as to why they are calling. I tell them not to keep calling, yet they do.

They tried to sell electricity services and once I told them I don't need it then they hung up immediately without saying a word more

They call me on nearly a daily basis. I contacted Con Ed they said they would never call about service.
