Thanks for these postings I was able to prepare my speech before I called him backed. Received a voicemail at work from Ricky Smith for me to return his urgent call ended call with God Bless You. I returned call and some guy ( foreign) answered the phone and stated Mr. Smith was on a call. I inquired why I was contacted at work and he went into his spell about some on-line loan. I told him I had no on-lie line and he said it was with Advance Bank. I told him since I was calling from work our calls are traced and recorded and told him my attorney would be calling him and he hung up the phone. This guy is a scam and no doubt his name is not Ricky Smith. He couldn't even say the name of the firm he was calling from.
