Called without leaving a message. Could someone tell who they are? I don't think I know anyone in New York.

Called no message.  No idea who it was

Recorded message when answered.  Says made several attempts to reach me to lower credit card interest rate.  However, did not state bank.  Press 1 to speak to member representative.  I hung up.  And will be blocking the caller.

No message.

This number just called.  Wonder if someone has a set up in their apartment in NYC using a cell phone & a computer.  When the scammers pick a number to spoof, does it automatically come up with the name assigned to that number???  Caller ID said "RESIGNO? R P" on one system (substitutes "?" for comma).  I picked up at second ring and hung up w/o answering to break the call.  Now will block.
Had actually had one day of relative peace yesterday - only one call 'from' 682-219-0278 "Arlington, TX" (which I mistakenly took for Arlington, MA, where we have family.)  Unfortunately, I let it go to ans. machine, registering our line as 'valid' again, so I'm sure we'll get slammed again today.
