Doesn't say a word...just leaves the line open. Calls every 2 hours. Very annoying...BLOCKED!

Call from this number from a man with a very heavy African accent claiming to be with the US Treasury Dept. When I asked why he was calling he once again said he was with the Treasury Dept. He then hung up when I asked him why he would be calling me.
