these people called a lot sayng i had a big case they had my ssn kinda sketch

I got the same call from this office and the guy can barely speak English! Had to listen to the voicemail he left several times before understanding him saying that he was going to go to the authorities about some cash advance loan that I had taken out months ago and that I had to prove that I never received it. When I called back, he wouldn't answer and when I called from a different phone number, he refused to let me speak to anyone else and hung up on me again after asking him what company he was calling from and to send me proof of what the hell is was talking about.

This is the second time I have gotten these calls. Right away I told him I wasnt verifying any information because I knew this was a scam. He called right back and said "why did you hang up?" I told him he was full of crap but then he states he works for the law office of David Harrison and then he proceeds to give me all of my info, my address, last four of my social, and my work address. Then he states that I will be arrested at my place of business at 10am tomorrow morning, thenhe asked me to hold. I did because I wanted to try to get more info as to why (even tho I stillknow this is a scam). His supervisor gets on the line and restates the same info. I told him that I knew this was a scam, but then when I asked why I was getting arrested, he said well why do you want to know if its a scam, just be ready to meet the officers tomorrow.

The last time I got one of these calls, I looked up the attorneys name and called that office right back. The receptionist told me that these people had been using the name for quite some time but they have been unable to locate them to turn them in or get it stopped. Im sure its the same crap now.

Same issues as above. An obvious non-native English speaker carrying on about a loan I did not take out.  I look forward to them coming to my place of work, esp since I work on a federal facility.  Bring em on.  I have trace capability on my telephone and will use it the next call I get.
