These people have call our house multiple times and even called my husbands work. They are all of Indian decent and they told my husband he was going to be charged with "electronic check fraud". We knew we did not have this outstanding debt and they continued to call and ask us what were going to do about this debt and even threatening that the police department will be at my door in 20 minutes, but first he wanted to verify our address. They said they were calling from American Legal Service and they were claiming that they were collecting for US Cash Advance...on the front page of their website they have a disclaimer about these people being fraudulent. We have now been threatened with police. going to jail and being served. You can hear other people in the background talking about loans and threatening other people. We have been harassing them now to get more information and they just hang up. I have filed a complaint with the link on US Cash Advance website.

I have no idea who this is but they called my phone also sayin I was goin to jail need attorney to call them back they kept calling in sayin the exact same thing

Yes they have been calling me and at my work. They said going to take legal action. He was the police.

I have been getting calls from the same number. His name is "Alex Rogers" I called my states Department of Financial Institutions and they told me that of course it's a scam and they are trying to get you to pay your "Outstanding debt" with them or else they will come and arrest you. You can go to www.ftc.gov and fill out some paper work and read what your rights are for debt collectors and all that kind of stuff.

Just called.  Very thick Indian accent and kept asking for my attorney's info.  I told him thank you for the call and that I was recording him and the FBI would now have his information.  What a shocker...he hung up!
