I got this call also: The technology allows these people to change the phone number on the incoming infor, so we are spinning
our wheels by deleting them. They call back using another phone number, and so and so on.

I received a recorded call from "Heather" informing me that my car warranty was about to expire. My car is 12 years old and still has a warranty?! Really?!! I get so many 'car warranty" calls but always from different numbers. What in the world can be done to stop these scammers??

Unfamiliar caller (Staten Is, NY), so didn't pick up the phone but let it go to the answering machine. The caller left no message. Scammers.
