Fidelity should not be giving my info out to anyone.  How do I know these people are the real thing or will not sell my info to others? Fidelity can go screw. I am closing my accounts. It is my understanding that my info would not be shared with anyone. I am calling my lawyer.

I keep getting calls from this phone number, but no message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If in fact Fidelity is initiating this form of communication, then it should mail a letter through my financial advisor notifying me that they are trying to solicit a vote or legitimate investment. My broker should contact me personally so I know this isn't a scam. Annoying and unprofessional!

Who knows this is Fidelity?  It sounds like a scam.  Fidelity better not be giving out my phone number and personal info to others.  Fidelity does not understand the word confidentiality.  There are lots of telephone scams. Do not contact me about financial info over the phone.  If this is legit then Fidelity should be sued.

The calls have increased in frequency since the first call a couple of weeks ago.  Now I get one or two calls every day.  I haven't answered any calls after the first one because I was driving, or eating, or in a meeting.  If it is Fidelity, we received proxies in the mail, and we returned our votes.  I reported the number to the Do Not Call complaint registry, but Do Not Call can't do anything if I can't report who made the calls.

three calls no message, shows up as king D
