Just received a call from this #. No company name listed. Person said they were calling from "satellite tv sales." When asked to repeat where they were calling from, they hung up.

I have no prior business with this company or any other satellite tv provider. I have a nonpublished, unlisted phone #. This tells you how [***] effective that is. The Do Not Call registry gets updated by me with every single [***] phone call like this I receive. I'm tired of the scams. I'm sick of the runarounds. I'm really [***] tired of the bogus reasons lawmakers give for why they can't stop it. I don't really give a rat's [***] how many people would be left unemployed if telemarketing was outlawed. It's obnoxious, it's not effective, and it annoys far more people than it helps.

Caller ID said "Southwell J". The guy on phone was low talker. Could barely hear him. Heavy Indian accent. Said calling from "TV services". Never heard of such thing. I never had satellite service or even any cable service. Anyways this is most likely a scam as Priscilla has said.
