This is the prescription insurance FOX Insurance Company (http://www.foxinsurancecompany.com ) that has a few offices here in the USA, but is based out of India.  Chances are if they called you, it can't be for good, as my experiences with them personally have been nightmarish, where each & every call whether it be by me, my doctors, or the pharmacy gets distinctly different answers when you call there & it is easier to move a bison with a toothpick that it is to get ANYTHING approved, which is why CMS & the government has suspended their enrollment & their advertising.  If you are currently a customer of theirs & have been trying to get things cleared up or approved, chances are that is the reason why they'd called you, however I am baffled as to why they called me & hadn't left a message.  I can only imagine that it cannot be good.
