I didn't pick up but called them back and got a recording about completing a "survey". I hung up. As others have pointed out, this is a scam. I blocked this number so they can no longer call me from this number.

Caller ID said G.W. Financial. Hung up as soon as I answered. Left no message. Googled G.W. Financial and found their outfit was associated with a 646 number calling people to tell them that they were the IRS. Tried to call but kept getting a busy signal. Scam.
